Hello Friends,

As we all know that cloud technology is evolving day by day and many Large scale as well as small scale companies are ready to adopt the Public cloud for more flexible and ready to go live infrastructure.

Hence, you must have knowledge for any one of the cloud provider like AWS , Azure or GCP whichever is your choice.

So here I am suggesting some of preparation guide to help you to prepare for AZ-900 and ready for exam :

  1. For first you have to do is sign up for Microsoft Azure portal https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/free/ which is free 12 months but if you want to explore everything then its $200 credit you will get from @Microsoft which is limited for for 30 days only.
  2. You can start reading and exploring the Microsoft learn platform https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/ from day one if you are new to Microsoft Azure platform or new to cloud. Prepare your daily schedule and give minimum 30 mins daily for this amazing learning platform which has Sandbox tool to do practical as well in free of cost.
  3. There are plenty of courses on Udemy, LinkedIn but I followed Free code camp video to learn quickly along with Microsoft Learn. This video is 3 hrs long but covers most of the services and concepts asked in the examination . Reference link : https://youtu.be/NKEFWyqJ5XA
  4. I would suggest to more focus on three areas which will come into examination in >% are cloud concepts, core azure services and identity, governance, privacy and compliance.
  5. Lastly I can say your dedication towards exam is more important so you have to give your at least 90 mins daily to preparation and revision so that you can pass the exam in two week.
  6. After your preparation and you are confident enough then book the exam from Pearson VUE portal -Online proctor (I choose) where you have to select the slots as per your suitable time.

Note : You can take your time for preparation but you can pass the exam in two weeks is my personal opinion.

Hope you would like this path which I followed. Please comment if you have any queries and sorry if I did any mistakes in writing this blog :-)

All the best !

Thank you,
